Compliance Assistant

part-time, 20h/week

Office Assistant 

As we grow, we are looking for an astute and proactive assistant to assist our team with a variety of general administrative tasks. This is an important supporting role with a strong focus on organization, accuracy, and communication. You report directly to the compliance manager, but your responsibilities have a broader administrative scope beyond product compliance. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Cross-departmental administrative support, including document management, data collection and scheduling 

  • Maintain and update internal systems and databases with carefully reviewed information 

  • Support in the preparation of reports, presentations and internal communication tools 

  • Coordination and organization of internal and external meetings, audits and their follow-up 

  • Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to collect and edit relevant documentation 

  • Collaboration in the continuous optimization of workflows and administrative processes 

Your profile: 

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification 

  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in an administrative role 

  • Structured, careful and detail-oriented way of working 

  • Open to new things, willing to learn and with a strong hands-on mentality 

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills 

  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken 

  • Confident handling of MS Office; Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage 

  • Experience or interest in product compliance is desirable, but not a requirement
